Culcairn Hotel

Culcairn Hotel

The historic Culcairn Hotel is situated on the Olympic highway between Albury and Wagga. We have a beautiful dining room with stunning leadlight windows, great food and service. At this moment we are putting in a new bar to suit the hotel – now!

The Hotel was built in 1891 as a single story building that had 40 rooms and occupied 21 acres of land. In 1910 the owner Mr Scholz made extensive additions to the hotel. A second story was added, in all there were 113 rooms, it was the main railway stop between Melbourne and Sydney. A very grand building with lots of history.
