Restorative and Yoga Nidra

Restorative yoga practices are designed to restore your life force. The use of supported yoga postures and pranayama (breathing) techniques in the class has deep restorative effects on body and mind. Many participants stabilize blood pressure, control pain & return to healthy sleep patterns among other benefits. Bookings essential as places are limited
